Troubadour Blond wins gold medal

Troubadour Blond wins gold medal at Brussels Beer Challenge 2017. The Musketeers brewery is delighted with the medal.

Today the annual medals of the Brussels Beer Challenge were presented at the Horeca Expo in Ghent. Troubadour Blond was voted best beer in the "Pale & Amber Ale: Abbey / Trappist style Blond" category. It left behind Affligem Blond, Leffe Blond and Brugse Zot Blond in that category. Brewers Stefaan Soetemans and Kristof De Roo are very excited with this gold medal. Brussels Beer Challenge is now awarding prizes for the sixth year. For three days a panel of 85 internationally renowned beer connoisseurs tasted 1512 beers from all over the world.

Troubadour Blond is a full-bodied pleasure beer of 6.5%. It is a refreshing beer with a hop-spicy aroma. The beer is slightly malty, has a mild bitterness and a soft aftertaste. This typical taste ensures that Troubadour Blond drinks smoothly and is suitable for all seasons.
Troubadour Blond is the first beer from Brouwerij the Musketeers and was created 18 years ago. It is one of the flagships of The Musketeers brewery: the beer is distributed in 15 countries around the world.
