Troubadour Magma Belgium’s Best Imperial

Today the prestigious World Beer Awards were presented in London. Troubadour Magma was voted "Country winner" within the "Imperial / Double IPA" category.

Brewers Stefaan Soetemans and Kristof De Roo are very excited about this prize. The World Beer Awards are widely recognized as one of the largest professional beer competitions in Europe.

Troubadour Magma is an amber beer of 9% alc. with the spicy and bitter character of an American India Pale Ale, but softened with the taste of a Belgian Tripel. Typical of this specialty beer is the explosion of fruity scents from the dry hopping.

Troubadour Magma is the flagship of The Musketeers brewery: the beer is distributed in 15 countries around the world. Earlier the beer won prizes at the Zythos Beer Festival and the Brussels Beer Challenge.
