The brewing room
In our brand new brewing room we can brew 60 hectoliters per batch, the equivalent of 24,000 glasses of Troubadour! But we also have the option of brewing small batches of 20 hectoliters.
This means that we can surprise you with a temporary specialty beer. A fully automatic filling machine fills and subsequently processes 6,000 bottles per hour. The brewery is currently brewing 8000 hectoliters per year.
