A Berliner Weisse is a modern classic with a quirky twist. This traditional beer style originated in Berlin and has a smooth mouthfeel with a light and refreshing touch. Its low alcohol content makes it an ideal thirst-quencher on hot days.
The pale hue with a slight cloudiness gives a natural character to Go Skinny-dipping. On the nose, a fresh, lively aroma meets you. Think green apple, lemon peel and a hint of young peach!
The first sip is immediately refreshing: slightly acidic, tingly and thirst-quenching. The soft acidity is nicely
balanced and brings a sparkling freshness, with flavours of white grape, berries and clove.
The finish is short but invigorating: dry, with a lingering tingle and a clean, fresh aftertaste that invites another sip.
The beer doesn’t linger, but leaves just enough to tempt you again.
