The addition of Kveik, a Norwegian brewer's yeast, gives this beer a drier mouthfeel. Very special, especially in combination with those fruity notes.

Kayak the Scandinavian Fjords - Kveik Cryo DIPA is a full malted, golden blonde, double hopped beer. The complexity of the beer is already formed by adding extra hops at the end of the boiling step in the brewing process. Hops are then added a second time during fermentation. This is a dry-hopping process that provides an explosion of hop aromas! For this Bucket List beer, we also chose Cryo hops.
During the fermentation phase, we added Kveik: this is a Norwegian brewer's yeast, a very natural and pure yeast that gives a special effect to the beer.
Kayak the scandinavian Fjords is a blonde double IPA that combines a bitterness of 50 IBU with a strong dose of dry-hops.
Thanks to the alcohol percentage of 7.2%, the beer also has a nice full-bodied taste.

We also used cryo hops: these are hops that are freeze-dried immediately after harvest in order to retain as much of their aroma as possible. This gives it a fresh lime scent and aromas of tropical fruit.
