I was expecting a standard saison, but this is something else entirely. The papaya and lychee give it an instant tropical kick, and the subtle dragon fruit makes it surprisingly complex. Super refreshing, slightly spicy and yet exotic: I’d definitely recommend!

Ride an Iron Horse • Juicy Saison is a classic saison combined with an unexpected tropical exoticism. You’ll recognise three less obvious fruits that surprise. Papaya lays the soft, tropical foundation with hints of melon and apricot. Lychee enhances the exotic accent with its recognisable floral aroma. White dragon fruit adds the surprise: rounder, more distinctive and with a playful complexity of kiwi, pear and melon.

This is not a fruit beer, but a Saison that knows how to charm! A medium-dry beer reveals itself with a juicy and rounded core. The papaya envelops the typical Saison dryness with a gentle sweetness, whilst the dragon fruit introduces a playful complexity. There are hints of kiwi, pear and a touch of melon, without being overpowering.
