Take a Polar Bear Plunge - Brut IPA is a clear, sparkling, blonde beer (8 EBC) of 7.6% alcohol.
The “Brut” character is created by a specific yeast (not a Champagne yeast) which converts all sugars. This gives the beer a very dry mouthfeel and a bitter aftertaste.
The slight esterification because of the yeast, combined with the dry-hopping, creates a fruitiness in which you will recognise notes of lime, lychee, melon and citrus. This beer will tickle your taste buds on all levels!

We went in search of a special yeast to make this Brut IPA. As a result, the mouthfeel is remarkably "drier" than other IPAs, yet it also retains that typical bitterness. Add to this the fine pearlisation and we get another very well conceived beer, as you are used to of The Musketeers!
