Crisp Fizz strikes a chord with my colleagues and myself! A summer afterwork calls for a sparkling beer with some tangy notes of fresh apples!

Crisp Fizz - Cider Tripel is a clear tripel in which the flavour and aroma of apple are recognised.
The typicale flavour of the beer remains: you immediately experience esters, a slight maltiness and the soft fruitiness of banana, which is characteristic of tripels. The brewers did not add any dry-hopping or hop spice notes so that the flavour of the cider comes into its own.
In short, Crisp Fizz is a successful match between beer and cider, where the beer is supported by the cider’s characteristics.
Crisp Fizz has the slightly sour character of cider, finished with a sparkling, fresh finish.

Our partner in brewing Crisp Fizz is Cidrerie Ruwet, a Belgian family business that has been producing artisanal apple cider since 1898.
Their ciders contain 100% natural, freshly squeezed juice from Jonagold apples and an organic yeast. A very special product that we got to work with! The result is a successful match between beer and cider!
